Practicing mindful eating habits is a great way to enjoy your food more and to also take note of how much food you are eating.Being mindful means that engage our senses while eating so we can really enjoy all aspects of what we are eating from the smell, to the taste to the way it makes us feel, rather than eating like a robot and shovelling in food. Mindful eating will allow you to better appreciate the food you are eating. Mindful eating is also about eating when we are truly hungry and not because you are bored.
