I love breakfast and especially on the weekend when I have more time to sit and enjoy it and more time to make it. This Molly’s bowl is name after my niece who makes these wonderful acai bowls. Acai is full of antioxidants and fiber and make a lovely addition to this bowl. Your kids will love it too and get them to help add their favourite toppings.
1 packet frozen acai berries
1 small frozen banana
1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
a splash of water to blend.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and thick. Place in a bowl and add toppings of your choice. eg grated coconut, hemp seeds, almond or peanut butter, fresh berries, chia seeds, chocolate chips, almonds, cashews, peanuts , the sky’s the limit!
