My sister gave me this recipe and we love to make these balls and keep them in an air tight container in the fridge. Great for when people pop in unexpectedly to have a cuppa. A great sweet treat as well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped dates soaked in hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped apricots, soaked
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut
Method
While dates are soaking, blend nuts in food processor until fine. Set aside
Blend dates, apricots cacao powder, coconut oil and chia seeds. Add nuts and blend.
Roll into balls then roll in the coconut.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
