The average person uses about 9 products on their body daily from shampoo to skincare to makeup and deodorant.Think of all the years and years of using these products and the toll it takes on our skin and our bodies. Over time, the build up of these products and foods creates inflammation which can cause all kinds of issues for us especially as we age.
