1.How many children do you have, name and ages?
I have four children Anthony he’s 16, Isaiah, Israel, and Isaac my triplets are soon to be three November 12.
2.What is your current occupation?
I’m currently a domestic engineer (stay at home mom) love the look on peoples faces when I say domestic engineer haha.
(I love that, I must use that too!!)
3. What are the challenges of balancing work and parenting?
Because I’m a stay at home mom and always have been, I haven’t had to face any challenges juggling work and home life. If I do any jobs it’s small things that I can fit into my days that won’t take away from the kids. For example I design Invitations, correct images and enhance photos, and I sell items for people who don’t have the time on social media.
4.What is your life philosphy?
My life philosophy or philosophies are because life provides us with new insights daily , I believe to love today, tomorrow, and everyday, That our children are truly the greatest gift from God. They teach us patience, love, and to enjoy all the little things. Lastly, every mom matters we are all superhero’s!
(A wonderful philosophy!)
5. What is a piece of advice you would give other mothers and what is one thing you wish you had know before having children?
If I could give only one piece of advice to other moms it would be enjoy every moment, the hard, the trying, the sweet. One thing I wish I knew before having kids would be that postpartum is one of the hardest journeys a mom will go through.
6. What is your greatest achievement apart from your children?
My greatest achievement aside from having children well that’s hard to say as I’ve been a mom since I was 17 but I think I would say breaking the cycle set before me (addiction and abuse in the family) leading a successful life and loving family.
( I would say that is a huge achievement!!)
7. What have you done that you thought you could never do?
One thing I’ve done that I thought I would never do was carry and create three tiny perfect humans at once.
8. What books do you like reading to your children?
My favourite books to read my kiddos are all and anything Dr. Seuss, Disney classics, and Danny the Dinosaur.
I loved reading Dr Seuss to my kids too when they were little and I am thrilled that your kids also love my book Three Times the Fun.
